In the previous post, plc247.com showed you how to use some types of PLCs (both Output PNP and NPN) to control Servo Panasonic Minas A6 by “Pulse Train Output” method.
Today plc247.com will continue to guide you to use Omron PLC specifically Model CP1H to control Panasonic A6 Servo. With other Omron PLCs like CP1E Series / CP1L Series, you control the same as PLC Omron CP1H

Note: Need to select Model PLC CP1H Transistor Output Types ( Relay Output Types do not support high speed pulse generation), plc247.com uses Model CP1H-X40DT-D to implement this Project
Panasonic Minas-A6 Servo Drive Setting
Below are the basic parameters to be able to control Panasonic Minas A6 by generating pulses from PLC
You can configure the communication parameters according to the table below (Panaterm V6 software used to install Panasonic Sevo Drive you can download the link at the bottom of the article)
PLC Omron “Pulse Train Output” Configuration
PLC Omron CP1H supports control up to 4 axes, but in this project I only use Axis 1 (Pulse Output 0)
