PLC Delta “Servo Control” Panasonic Minas A6 Tutorial

PLC Delta DVP-Series is one of the most commonly used PLC Models on the market today. Compact size, extremely low price, but it supports most of the basic to advanced functions of the PLC, so it is widely used in the world.

Today will guide you to use PLC Delta DVP-14SS2 to control Servo Panasonic Minas A6 by PTO (Pulse Train Output) method.

Delta DVP-14SS2 & Panasonic A6 “Wiring Diagram”

Note: You need to select Model PLC “Transistor Output” to be able to generate high-speed pulses to control Servo Motor.

+ Input

  • X4: ORG (DOG) Sensor
  • X5: Left Limit Sensor

+ Output

  • Y0: Pulse Output
  • Y1: Direction Output
  • Y2: ON/OFF Servo

Panasonic A6 Servo Parameters Configurtion

To be able to receive control pulses from PLC, we need to set the following basic parameters for Panasonic Minas A6
