In the previous post, guided you to use the Mitsubishi QD75D4N Stepper Motor Control Module, today will continue to guide you to use it to control Servo Motor. uses Servo MR-J4-A also of Mitsubishi (similar MR-J3-A), I will guide you to connect and program in the simplest and most concise way to help you easily understand.

+ Use any PLC Output selector to control Servo On/Off (Pin.15)

Mitsubishi MR-J4-A Parameters Setting

We should use MR-Configurator.2 software to install Servo parameters easily, Download link is at the bottom of the article.

+ uses Positioning Control CW/CCW and 1000Pules/Revolution setting.
