Please note that you need to choose the FX3U PLC model with Transistor Output (MT) to be able to generate high-speed pulses to control Servo/Step, if PLC Output Relay (MR) will not support it.

  • X0: DOG (Origin) Sensor
  • X1: CW Limit Sensor
  • X2: CCW Limit Sensor

  • Y0: Pulse Output
  • Y4: Direction Output
  • Y5: Servo On/Off Output
