Hello everyone, in the previous posts plc247.com showed you how to use the Inovance H3U-3232MT PLC to control a number of different inverters through the Modbus RTU communication protocol.
Today I will continue to guide you to use PLC Inovance to control Hitachi NE-S1 inverter (also has a built-in RS485 port for communication).

Hitachi NE-S1 Modbus Parameters Setting
To be able to control Hitachi NE-S1 inverter by Modbus RTU, we need to set the following communication parameters
- Modbus Parameters Mapping
- Select SW5 to “RS485 mode”
Hitachi NES1 “Modbus RTU” Registers Address
PLC Inovance H3U-3232MT “Modbus RTU” Setting
We need to set the communication parameters for the PLC the same as those installed for the Hitachi NE-S1 inverter.
