Hello everyone, in previous posts plc247.com guided you to use Siemens S7-200 high-speed pulsed PLC to control different Stepper / Servo Motor, today I continue to guide you how to control Panasonic Minas A6 Servo Motor.
We need to use PLC Models S7-200 Transistor Output (DC/DC/DC Models) to be able to generate high-speed pulses to control Servo motors.

Panasonic Minas-A6 Parameters Setting
In order for us to control the Panasonic Minas A6 by generating pulses from the PLC, we need to set the following parameters:
- Pr0.00: “Rotational direction” setup
- Pr.0.01: “Control mode” setup
- Pr0.05: “Command pulse input” Selection
- Pr0.06 & Pr0.07: “Command Pulse & Direction” setup
- Pr0.08: Command “Pulses/Revolution”
In this project, I choose the control type as “Pulse train + Signal” and install 1000PLS/Rev. you can install it like me according to the table below:
