We need to prepare USB to RS485 Cable so that the computer can connect to Danfoss FC51
Danfoss FC51 Modbus RTU Configuration
In addition to the basic parameters of the inverter installed according to the motor (Frequency, current, voltage …) then we need to install the following parameters to be able to control Danfoss FC51 with Modbus RTU
Danfoss FC51 Registers for Control
+ VFD Control Address = 49999 (dec)
- Set Register 49999 = 1148 (dec) >>> Forward Run
= 33916 (dec) >>> Reverse Run
= 1084 (dec) >>> Stop
= 1212 (dec) >>> VFD Reset
+ Frequency Reference Address = 50009 (dec)
- Reference Setting = 0 to 16384(dec) ~ (0 to 100%)
Danfoss FC51 Registers for Monitoring
+ Output Voltage Address = 16119 (dec)
+ Output Frequency Address = 16129 (dec)
+ Output Current Address = 16139 (dec)
