Today will guide you to use HMI Proface GP4402WW to control Omron E5CC Controller via Modbus RTU RS485

GP4402WW & Omron E5CC “Diagram Connection”

Omron E5CC Communication Setting

E5CC includes the following parameters as the table below, recommends that you install the same as this project (see the video below the article for details)

Registers Address Table
Note: GP4402WW HMI Address = “400001 (dec) + Device Address”

>>> Set Temperature Address (SV) = 400001 (dec) + 2103 (hex)
= 400001 (dec) + 8451 (dec) = 408452 (dec)

>>> Read Present Temperature Address (PV) = 400001 (dec) + 2000 (hex)
= 400001 (dec) + 8192 (dec)
= 408193 (dec)
