The software programming PLC Siemens S5 and S7 PG-2000 series from PROCESS – INFORMATIK (PI) supports most of the current Windows versions such as Windows 98 / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista / Win7 / Win8.1 / Win10 (32- and 64-bit).
If you are looking for an old Siemens S5 series PLC programmable software, this is a pretty good option with a capacity of only 8MB.
