INVT GD20 inverter is a popular inverter series of China INVT. GD20 is specialized for medium and light load applications from 0.4kW to 110kW. The INVT GD20 inverter has a much lower cost than other inverters on the market.

Mitsubishi GT2505 & INVT GD20 “Wiring Diagram”
+ HMI model plc247.com used is GT2505-VTBD and INVT GD20 inverter both have a built-in RS485 port, we connect according to the following diagram
INVT Goodrive 20 “Modbus RTU” Parameters Setting
In order for the inverter to be controlled by Modbus-RTU, we need to set the following communication parameters
(plc247.com recommends that you install as below for stable communication)
- P00.01: 2 (Frequency Reference via RS485)
- P00.06: 8 (Motor Control via RS485)
- P00.09: 0 (“A Frequency” Selection)
- P14.00: 1 (Slave Address = 1)
- P14.01: 3 (9600bps)
- P14.02: 1 (Modbus-RTU 8bit/Even/stop bit = 1)
- P14.03: 5
- P14.04: 0.0
