I could understand this error if i want to instal some service pack or update, but not when i want to upgrade wincc version.

I am having the same problem. For some reason, part 2 is not recognized and 7zip gives the error “There more data following the part 1”. Trying to solve it at he moment.
Copy all Parts to 1 folder and just extract Part.1

When i run Setup.exe it tells me to restart my OS first. I did it but it still happens.
